A cute app designed to develop accuracy and fluency in recall of the basic facts in the four operations. There are a plethora of apps out there that do this, it’s always nice to find one that will have particular interest for an individual student. The race theme of this app does that for me!
Questions are presented on the screen and two responses appear on the bottom of the screen for the student to choose from. Just one minute is set on the clock and the speed increases with reference to the speed of the student, however this app is not suitable for a student in the acquisition phase as it is timed. It’s a real shame you can’t customise this to focus on an operation or set number limits, but a nice free app to practise the four operations – who doesn’t need that!
